Add sponsors to your event on Hopin

Sponsor logos are displayed on your Registration page, Reception area, and all event emails sent from Hopin.

To add sponsors first of all find the event you want to add them to within your organization dashboard in your Hopin account.

Adding Sponsors to your event

  • Open the Event Dashboard and go to Venue. Select Sponsors on the left sidebar. A new window will open and you can then add all your Sponsors over here by clicking the Add sponsor button.

  • Fill out Sponsor Name
  • Add a full Link to Sponsor website (including the https:// part)
  • Upload the Logo from your computer (2MB or less and 1000x400px)

Managing Sponsors

Once the Sponsors are added, Organizers can split them into three tiers: Gold, Silver, or Bronze, then reorder or remove the Sponsors individually on the Registration and Reception pages of the event.

Note: Sponsors for Registration and Reception pages should be added individually.

Adding Sponsors to the Reception page

  • Go to Event Dashboard > Venue> Reception
  • Open the Reception page and scroll to the Sponsor area
  • Click the "+" plus icon to add Sponsor to one of the three tiers (Gold, Silver, or Bronze)
  • Drag and Drop the Sponsor logos to change the order across the Sponsor area
  • Click Save for changes to take effect.

 

Adding Sponsors to the Hopin Classic Registration page

  • Go to Event Dashboard > Registration > Registration Page
  • Open the Hopin Classic Registration page and scroll to the Sponsor area
  • Click the "+" plus icon to add Sponsor to one of the three tiers (Gold, Silver, or Bronze)
  • Drag and Drop the Sponsor logos to change the order across the Sponsor area
  • Click Save for changes to take effect.

Adding Sponsors to the Canvas Registration page

  • Go to Event Dashboard > Registration > Registration Page
  • Open the Hopin Canvas Registration page
  • From the panel on the left hand side, select Sponsors and click on Add block for whichever tier you would like to add to your registration page
  • If your Sponsors do not appear automatically, click on the sponsor block and then select Import sponsors from the panel on the right hand side
  • Click on each sponsor to remove, move or duplicate them
  • Click Save

Adding Sponsor tiers (Enterprise plan)

On Enterprise plans, Organizers can add extra sponsor tiers and rename the pre-existing and extra tiers. 

  • Go to the Registration or Reception page of the event dashboard.
  • Select Add a sponsor tier to add a tier, remove bottom tier to remove the last added tier and edit tier names to rename them.

Renaming Sponsor tiers (Growth and Advanced plans)

  • You can also rename the tiers by going to the Advanced tab of the event dashboard, click on Customize Text and scroll through the page to the Sponsors area block
  • Adjust the tiers to display the wording in your use case
  • Click Save for changes to take effect

Removing Sponsor logos

Organizers can delete Sponsors from being displayed on the Registration or Reception area.

Click the dotted icon on the Sponsor area and choose Delete to remove the logo.
