How to Cancel the Starter or Growth Plan (New Organization Dashboard)
1. Log in to your Hopin account at https://hopin.com/users/sign_in
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and access the needed organization by selecting it from the list in the dropdown menu.
3. Once you are on the Organization Dashboard, you can open the same dropdown menu and click Manage organization.
4. Go to the Billing tab and here click Cancel.
How to Cancel the Starter or Growth Plan (Old Organization Dashboard)
1. Log in to your Hopin account at https://hopin.com/users/sign_in
2. Select your organization on the left side and click on the Billing tab
3. Scroll down and click Manage Subscription under the Starter or Growth plan

4. This will open a new page where it will display your Plan details as well as a Cancel plan button
Key things to know:
- Once your paid plan is canceled, you will be downgraded to the Free plan.
- On the Free plan, you will still have access to your past event, but you won't be able to access the recordings and some of the report. So it's advisable to download all the data before cancelling. Please refer to the following guides if needed:
