Attendee permissions refers to who can watch or share their audio/video within a session. Setting permissions or your Sessions does not need to be overly complicated, and here is how to do it.
How to set your Session permissions
When creating/editing the sessions through the Event Dashboard > Venue > Sessions page. Find the 'who can watch' and 'who can participate' section and select your preference for both.
If you select "Private (invitation only)" or "Invite only", additional fields will appear where you can list the attendees that are allowed to join and/or participate.
Don't forget to hit Save at the bottom of the page.
Choosing the right permissions for you
Here’s a great list for you to know what combination works best for the sessions in your event:
