How to duplicate your events on Hopin

  • Updated

All_plans_.png Knowing how to duplicate an event on Hopin is useful to know if you would like to have a test run of your event, double check any customizations you have made, or even to try out some new ideas.

Let's get started.

Note: Please always use a new event for your official events. This ensures you have the most up to date features and functionalities. We recommend duplicating your official event for testing, checking configuration, speaker rehearsals, and more. However, any event that is going to be live to the public should be completely new for the best performance.

Any registrations for these test events will be counted towards your total registrations.

There are several methods you can use to duplicate your event, as well as a new method that we are currently trialling. Select one of the tabs below to discover how to duplicate your event.

Note: Hybrid event data is not currently supported in the duplication process. If you would like to duplicate a Hybrid event, you will need to manually recreate any Onsite features that you have setup.
