The analytics on the Overview page of your Event Dashboard contains a summary of the most important data of your event. At first glance, it may look intimidating, but this guide will help you understand each data point.

Note: Some analytics may be affected if Attendees and Organizers are using ad blockers.

How do you access it?

You can access it by clicking on the Overview page in the Event Dashboard.

During the event

Note: Active users are counted every minute from the start time to the end time of the event. Your analytics page will not automatically reload. Please refresh the page to gather updated analytics.

During your event, your analytics will look a bit different with these modules:

  • Attendees: The total number of attendees for your event
  • Attendees score: The average attendee score given in the event surveys
  • Average time spent: The average time spent by attendees
  • Turnout: The turnout percentage of registrants who have showed up for the event up until the time at which the data is viewed
  • Peak attendance: The peak attendance of the highest number of attendees active at one time

Below is how the mid event survey (used to calculate the Attendee score) will look like from an attendee perspective. As an Organizer, it is useful to understand how Attendees would recommend your event. The survey is sent to each Attendee as a message (visible under the notification bell) around halfway through an event. For more details on number of votes, Attendees who voted, and their scores, you can check the Attendee Scores Report under Analytics > Reports.
