With the migration to Stripe Direct, organizers will be able to create receipts and issue refunds to attendees through their Stripe account.
You can send an attendee a receipt of payment via your Stripe dashboard. To do this follow the steps below.
- Log in to your Stripe dashboard
- Go to 'Payments'
- Locate the payment you wish to issue a receipt for. Click the ••• icon to the right of the charge
- Click the 'Send Receipt' button
