How to create receipts for attendees

With the migration to Stripe Direct, organizers will be able to create receipts and issue refunds to attendees through their Stripe account. 

You can send an attendee a receipt of payment via your Stripe dashboard. To do this follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your Stripe dashboard
  2. Go to 'Payments'
  3. Locate the payment you wish to issue a receipt for. Click the ••• icon to the right of the charge
  4. Click the 'Send Receipt' button
