The number of tickets sold doesn't always coincide with the final number of registrants. Additionally, there may be attendees accessing the event via a magic link invite. There are several places in the Event Dashboard event organizers can refer to to track registration numbers in their event.
To open the registration analytics dashboard, go to the Event Dashboard > Analytics > Registrations. Here you can find several useful stats before your event starts or while it is still live.
- Registered Users represents the total number of attendees registered for your event.
- Total Registrations represents the total number of registrations received (i.e. customers who purchased tickets via the registration page and who registered via a magic link invite).
- Ticket sales by type table represents the number of ticket orders out of max registrations for each ticket type. This numbers will exclude magic link invites. Clicking on Ticket Management will bring you to the Event Dashboard > Registrations > Tickets where you can manage tickets.
