On your Stage Summary page you can review the different stages you have within your event, view any recordings, and download individual reports for each one.

To access your Stage Summary page, you will need to go to your Event Dashboard > Analytics > Stage Summary.

It will look something like this: stage_summary_2.png

Note: if you have any recordings of a stage then they will be displayed here, too, with the option to download any that you need.

You can also access your recordings through the Recording tab of the event dashboard.

Each stage will be displayed separately, and you will have the option to:

  • Download Stage Summary (CSV),
  • Download Stage Chat (CSV) or (HTML),
  • Download Backstage Chat (CSV) or (HTML)
  • Download All Stages Summary (CSV)

If you choose to download one of these reports, a green pop-up will be displayed to say that it is in the queue and you will be emailed once it is ready. You can access this report by finding the email, or navigating to Event Dashboard > Analytics > Reports and clicking on the Download History tab. When hovering over the report you would like, you can click on the Download button and it will be downloaded to your computer.

Stage Summary or All Stages Summary

The Stage Summary and All Stages Summary reports can also be downloaded from the Reports page (Event Dashboard > Analytics > Reports) under the Event Summary report.

The All Stages Summary report will combine the data from all of the stages, or you can choose to download a report for each stage individually.

It will look something like this:
