There are several ways you can manage your polls throughout an event. This article will show you how you can unpublish, delete, and even edit your polls!

Note: Both event Organizers and Speakers can edit and delete polls.
  • Once the Poll is created and listed on the Polls tab, event Organizers can choose to publish or unpublish them at any time throughout the event.

Simply click on the 3 dots at the top right hand corner of the poll and select Publish/Unpublish from the drop down list that appears.

A small pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your choice, simply click Confirm to continue.

Note: If you Unpublish a poll, attendees won’t be able to see that poll anymore but your results will still be available in the event Dashboard. Event Organizers can Unpublish polls at any time.
  • Once the Poll is created and listed on the Polls tab, event Organizers can Delete them at any time throughout the event.

Click on the three-dots icon at the top right corner of the Poll and click Delete from the drop down menu that appears.

Note: If you choose to Delete a poll, your poll and it's results will disappear and there is no way to get them back.
  • Once the Poll is created and listed on the Polls tab, event Organizers can choose to edit them as long as they have not been voted on.

Simply click on the 3 dots at the top right hand corner of the poll and select Edit from the drop down list that appears.

Another panel will open where you can adjust the possible answers as well as who the poll is visible to (under Show advanced settings). Click Save changes once you have finished.

Note: You can only edit a poll if there have not yet been any responses.

You can edit polls created by other organizers but you cannot edit who the poll is visible to.
