6 Weeks Minimum – All In-person Logistics Services require a minimum of six (6) weeks of lead time. Services can still be refused or rejected with more lead time, but no services can be offered in under six (6) weeks without risking our ability to deliver. Therefore, we encourage you to work with our Certified In-person Logistics Suppliers instead.
Adjustments & Cancellations – If you need to change your dates or cancel your contracted logistics services please refer to our legal terms https://hopin.com/legal/in-person-add-on-specific-terms [2.3 Cancellations and adjustments]. These services require tax, finance, management and delivery liabilities with each order. This means we incur some cost every time you even change dates and these costs can be considerable so we outlined our adjustment terms upfront.
Technician Packages

- Oversee and assist in the set-up of the Supplier’s equipment prior to the event
- Train the Client’s on-site staff on software, equipment use, and basic troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot the Supplier’s software and/or equipment during the event
- NOT… Be responsible for configuring the Event Dashboard including, but not limited to editing guests lists, badge designs or any other pre-event settings
- NOT… Directly check guests in or manage specific attendee issues

First Day for a Technician, per Technician – Includes meals, transportation, two (2) days of travel and one (1) day of work up to twelve (12) hours for a single technician. No additional overtime is permitted due to workforce protections.

Notable Package Limitations
- Service will be delivered with printers listed on the Hardware Compatibility for Hopin Onsite.
- Purchases only include open air desk stands that CANNOT be branded.
- Rentals can include enclosed desk stands that can be branded using Hopin In-person Logistics Services Templates.
- Segment Scanners will be iPhones or iPad Minis

250aph Area BW Printing Rental, per area, per week – Enough equipment to support a single area that checks in up to 250 attendees per hour. This includes, but may not be limited to: iPads with Branded Desk Stands, Black & White Only Printer(s), Power & Internet Cables for the Area, a Router and Shipping.
500aph Area BW Printing Rental, per area, per week – Enough equipment to support a single area that checks in up to 500 attendees per hour. This includes, but may not be limited to: iPads with Branded Desk Stands, Black & White Only Printer(s), Power & Internet Cables for the Area, a Router and Shipping.
250aph Area BW Printing Purchase, per area – Enough equipment to support a single area that checks in up to 250 attendees per hour. This includes, but may not be limited to: iPads with Open Air Desk Stands, Black & White Only Printer(s), Power & Internet Cables for the Area, a Router and Shipping. All purchased printers will have a 1 year manufacturer warranty (Zebra | Brother).

Notable Package Limitations
- Black & White Printer Badges will be either 4x6 OR 4x3, Tear-resistant OR Paper, and Double-sided OR Single-sided. Feel free to use Hopin In-person Logistics Services Templates to prepare the design.
- Black & White Printer Labels are only blank and will be either 3x2 (DKN5224) OR 4x3 (DK4205).
- Color Printer Badges are unique to the printer. For non-plastic color printing, you can use the same templates as the Black & White Badges because the sizes will remain the same. For printing plastic cards onsite, use the templates under “Color Printer Proprietary Badges“ on Hopin In-person Logistics Services Templates.
- Lanyards will be less than 1-inch Wide, have Bulldog Clips (Single or Double) and will NOT be a biodegradable/environmentally friendly option. There is a standard template available on Hopin In-person Logistics Services Templates.
- Badge Holders are Clear, Unbranded and will be either 4x3 or 4x6
